Atmosphere: The interior is exotic and unique, yet warm and welcoming,
It's like a hideaway where only people in the know come. (●‘◡’●)

# Menu
A line of pasta and burgers. Everything on the menu at Cafe Shiva is 100% plant-based.
Perfect for vegans.
There was a lot of variety here, and there were drinks and ice cream at the end.
Tofu Karaage Rosé Pasta with Supreme Seasoning Fried
We ordered two of their famous dishes.

Supreme spicy chicken 18,000 won
Total 33,000 won

# Food
The food came out faster than I thought.
At first glance, the food looked too generic and Vegan chicken? I had high expectations.
Tofu Karaage Rosé Pasta 15,000 KRW
First up, tofu karaage rosé pasta.
It looks delicious ♪(^∇^*)
You can see chunks of crispy tofu, garlic mushrooms and tomato chunks.
Is the sauce pure tofu? It feels like a sauce made by crushing tofu and mixing it with crushed tomatoes.
It's not slimy or anything, not salty or pungent, just very easy and mild.
It was so delicious. Horok Horok is delicious.
*Tofu is made from soya beans and has been a food in East Asia for a long time.
This tofu is the real treat.
It tastes like it's been carefully baked in a pure tofu soup.
How can the tofu be so moist?? What is this?
and This pasta reminded me of another vegan restaurant that specialises in pasta and pizza.
Supreme spicy chicken 18,000 won
Next up: Supreme Seasoned Fried!!!
It looks just like the chicken we know.
The sauce really tastes like that brand of sauce (cheogajip).
(just means it tastes really, really good)
*Supreme seasoned fried chicken : a Korean chicken brand sold by ‘cheogajip’. One of their famously delicious chicken
Inside the tempura batter is mushroom instead of chicken.
At first, if you don't think about it, you might think it's a tender piece of chicken with a layer of fat. I was surprised that I didn't realise it was mushrooms right away.
The sauce and tempura were so delicious that I didn't really notice the difference.
I think I'll have to go back many more times and try everything on the menu. Really, really recommended.
Have a nice day today :D
