Today's Food Diary A vegan café that I truly love, ‘Ramiscone’ in Bangbae, where the soufflé and scones are absolutely delicious.
I'm a blogger living in my early 20s in South Korea, and today I want to recommend a café to those visiting Korea. Located near Sadang, Ramiscone is a cozy café offering gluten-free and vegan desserts. It’s a great spot for people with dietary restrictions or anyone just looking for healthy, delicious treats.

With gluten-free, I and you can enjoy the desserts with less guilt about calories. We can enjoy a variety of delicious treats. I would highly recommend this place, especially for those who are vegan or have gluten restrictions.

In addition to the Bangbae branch, there are also locations in Cheongdam and Iksan.
The Bangbae branch near Sadang Station is the main store.
Ramiscone… I was quite upset when their Sillim-dong (Sharosugil) location closed down. However, I was thrilled when I heard about the opening of the Bangbae branch.
Since they moved to Sadang, it’s been a bit further from me, so I couldn’t visit as often as before. But I was excited to finally go after a long time.
You get a discount on drinks if you take-out.
If you're just stopping by to pick up some desserts, it might be a good idea to grab a drink as well since it's discounted.
# Dessert (scones, souffles, cakes, cookies)
Scone of various kinds and flavors.
The problem is that it's so diverse that it's hard to choose. Argh!
The biggest advantage is that you can enjoy dessert with less health concerns in that it is made with holgrain and alternative sugar instead of refined carbohydrates or sugar, but the price is similar to other scones.
Usually, healthy ingredients are more expensive.
But here is not the case here. This is why I love it here... (//∇/)

WHATS HAPPEN?
The souffle that I used to enjoy has been upgraded, and a version of souffle or cake with fruit has also been created.
The type of fruit seems to change depending on the season.

Actually regardless of the fruit, I know everything will be delicious, so I'm just excited.
And although it was regrettable that the bagel(can tasted it before) that was in Sharosu-gil disappeared, it was impressive to have cakes and cookies.

I was so full. so I had scones last time
and this time, I also full but I couldn't give up souffle..🤭
This is the fruit cheesecake I had last time, along with double cacao nibs and fig scones.
For drinks, I had cold americano and iced pure matcha latte together.
I usually go for matcha red bean or honey pumpkin scones, but I decided to try something new, and these were absolutely satisfying too.

To talk about the menu I ordered this time,
The drink? Delicious. It had something like cacao chips on top, adding a nice texture, and it was really tasty.
Personally, since the store relocated, I haven't felt any disappointment with the scones or other desserts.
However, both the matcha latte I had last time and the chocolate latte this time had one small thing that left me a bit unsatisfied.
Before, the portion was small, but I liked that it wasn’t overly sweet and had a rich, deep 'cacao' flavor. But now, it’s different.
Using alternative sweeteners makes it sweeter, which is fine, but as someone who really loves the taste of cacao and was expecting that, it was a bit disappointing ( * ´ - ` )
Yeah... but I'll still go again.
Once I get hooked, I have to keep going, you know...🙄
And the cheese soufflé.
This one is truly a lifesaver—I absolutely adore it.
When I’m craving a moist and soft cheesecake, instead of a Basque cheesecake, I rush over for this one.
A gluten-free soufflé? That’s truly touching.
The cream on top has just the right amount of sweetness, and it pairs perfectly.
With honey drizzled on the plate, so bottom part never feels bland—it’s seriously amazing😭
Since I only had the soufflé, I wanna the scones are on my mind again now.
so I’m planning to go back soon.
